Ramadan Imsakiya

Why are the time fields left blank?
Because imsak and iftar times differ from city to city by minutes that matter to someone fasting. The template does not assume a city; you enter your own times, which is what makes the calendar worth handing out.

What can you design?

  • A monthly calendar of imsak and iftar times

  • A calendar carrying a company or mosque logo

  • A print version for distribution

  • A post-sized version for sharing digitally

  • Designs with Ramadan ornament and lanterns

Can it go out officially?
Yes. Add the organisation's logo and contact details for a calendar to hand to staff or worshippers. Export at high resolution at whichever print size you need.

الأسئلة الشائعة

What is a Ramadan imsakiya?
A table giving the times of imsak, dawn and sunset for each day of Ramadan in a named city, sometimes with the five daily prayers alongside. Times differ between cities, so the city name has to appear on it. Andalusi lets you design one at both print and phone sizes.
What goes on an imsakiya?
The city name and Hijri year, a column for the days of the month, then columns for imsak, dawn and sunset, with a Gregorian date column so the two align. Mark Fridays and the last ten nights in a different colour. Andalusi's templates arrive with the columns ready, so you enter only the times.
Where should the times come from?
From the official authority in your country rather than a general app, since sources differ by minutes and the responsibility sits with whoever published it. Name the source along the bottom of the design. Andalusi lets you add that line alongside your own or your shop's name.
When should an imsakiya be distributed?
A week before Ramadan so it arrives before the fast begins, published digitally the same day so it can be saved to a phone. Shops and mosques hand out printed copies while companies send theirs to clients with a logo. Andalusi exports a print version and a light one from the same design.
