الأسئلة الشائعة
When is the Prophet's birthday?
The twelfth of Rabi al-Awwal each Hijri year, which falls on a different Gregorian date annually since the Hijri year is eleven days shorter. Each country's official religious authority announces the Gregorian date beforehand. Design the greeting in Andalusi and adjust the date on announcement.
Why does the date differ between countries?
The occasion is the same. What differs is the start of the Hijri month, since some countries rely on sighting the crescent and others on astronomical calculation, moving the date by a day. Check your country's announcement before posting. Andalusi lets you change the date in seconds.
What wording suits a Mawlid greeting?
The most used speak of the world brightening at the birth of the Prophet and pray to be among those who follow his way. What works best joins the prayer upon the Prophet with a short supplication rather than running long. Andalusi carries them in its Mawlid cards and stickers.
What design suits a Mawlid post?
A calm dark background in green or navy, a Thuluth or Naskh script with a single gold accent, and light Islamic ornament at the edges rather than behind the text. It works as a square post, a story or an animated post for active accounts, and Andalusi has all three ready.
