Yes. Add Arabic text and set it in a font from the Andalusi library on the same design, so one layout carries both languages with each running in its correct direction.

When do I need an English template?
When the audience is multilingual or outside the Arab region, when the organisation is international or a school teaching in English, and when the document is formal such as a certificate or a report. Planners and certificates are the most requested in English. Andalusi has English templates ready at print sizes.
What changes when designing in English?
The reading direction runs left to right, so the element order flips, and English text takes more horizontal room than Arabic, so leave it more space. A Latin face looks smaller at the same size, so raise it slightly, and never set a long sentence in all capitals, which is hard to read. Andalusi's templates are built for both directions.
How do I design one template in Arabic and English together?
Make one language primary and set the other smaller, since equal weight confuses the eye. Put the Arabic on the right with the English beneath or to the left, choose two faces close in weight rather than in shape, and check that numbers and dates are correct in both. Andalusi exports both versions from the same design.
What goes on a certificate of appreciation?
The title, then a line stating that it is awarded to, then the recipient's name at the largest size, then the reason in one line, then the date, then space for a signature and a stamp. The name is the largest element, since it is the reason the certificate exists. Print it landscape on card. Andalusi has certificates ready to edit and print in bulk.
