Invitations

The host's name, the invitation line, the name of the occasion, the date and time, and the venue with its location. Add a line for confirming attendance if numbers are limited, and a note on dress if the event is formal. Andalusi's templates arrive with these fields in order.

A formal invitation is issued in the organisation's name in the third person, carries the logo and follows the brand colours. A personal one is written in your own voice and allows photographs and free colour. Decide which before designing, since it changes the script and the layout. Andalusi has both.

Export it as a square image that reads inside the chat without being opened, and avoid heavy files that the app compresses and blurs the Arabic text. Send it individually rather than to an open group if the occasion is private. Andalusi exports a light version for sending and a high quality one for print.

A week is enough for a small gathering. For weddings and larger events, three weeks to a month gives guests time to arrange travel. A reminder the day before, in the same design, helps. Andalusi builds the invitation and the reminder from one template.
