About AI Tools Usage

AI tools in Andalusi run on rented high-performance servers with powerful GPUs. These servers are not part of your device, they process complex AI models in real time, and they incur ongoing operational costs per request. Each AI action therefore consumes server resources, which is why AI usage is managed through a credit system.

All AI processing is handled on secure, isolated servers with enterprise-grade security measures in place: • Images are processed only to perform the requested AI task • Data is transferred using encrypted connections • AI servers operate in restricted environments with limited access • User content is not used for training models • Uploaded data is not shared with third parties These measures ensure your content remains private and protected during AI processing.

Users who purchased the Lifetime Plus plan before 2022 keep full access to all non-AI features and content — templates, elements and stickers, fonts, calligraphy, effects, animations and export features. AI tools are not included in the lifetime plan. To use them, a subscription that includes AI credits is required.
