Which way should the tail point?
Always toward the speaker, and short rather than stretched. A long tail starts to look like an arrow, and one pointing at empty space leaves the reader hunting for who spoke.

Can I change a bubble's colour?
Yes, adjust each bubble inside Andalusi. Use just two colours if the dialogue is between two people, one per speaker, which reads more clearly than writing their names.
How much text fits in a bubble?
Two or three lines. A bubble is not a paragraph, and if your text needs more, split it across two consecutive bubbles the way real dialogue works.
Do these suit customer testimonials?
Yes. Put the customer's words inside the bubble and their name outside beneath it, so the opinion reads as spoken rather than written, which carries more credibility.
